Academic Sign-off sheet with Parent Permission due to Lyle by Thursday, September 15th
REQUIREMENTS
* $160.00 Real money
* $79.38 TCS $ savings account
* Must be at least a Level II
* Must owe no hours
* Have earned less than 2 “behavior related” Pink Slips Spring semester
* Must be academically current
* Must have work re-contracted or complete prior to the trip and signed off by their teachers.
* Students will be issued a sign-off sheet and permission slip that will be due to Lyle no later than September 15th.
COSTS
$160.00 fee covers transportation, 2 nights in cabins, 6 meals, recreational services: (half-basketball court; two lighted tennis courts; open field for baseball, football and soccer; football and volleyball equipment; off shore fishing and other island activities)
Students need to bring their own sleeping bags or bed linens, blanket, pillows and towels. Students may bring tennis rackets/balls, basketballs and fishing equipment.
Students may need some extra spending money for personal purchases.
There will be NO REFUNDS after September 15th.
Note: Credit card purchases through the School Store incur a 3% convenience fee added to the purchase price. eCheck payments do not incur a fee.
