Some payment processors support storing customer payment information as an additional service allowing a school to process tuition installments, pledge payments and other types of receipts.  

Stored Payment Info is a record that references a saved credit card or eCheck in your Payment Processor. Each household in the PCR Educator database may have multiple Stored Payments, one for each Stored Payment Type designated by the school. Stored Payment Info is used by PCR Educator to process payments for development, finance, online store, and summer school. 

To access and update Stored Payment Info:

- Navigate to Finance>AR>Customers>Dashboard>Customer Details>Stored Payment Info

OR

- Navigate to Development>Contacts>Dashboard>Contact Details>Stored Payment Info

In order for PCR Educator to process future Credit Card or ECheck payments using the stored payment information, the school must subscribe to this service with its payment processor.  

Note: PCR Educator does not store credit card or bank account information.  

Note: The terminology for this storage varies by the payment processor:
Authorize.NET:  Customer Information Manager, or CIM
Network Merchant: Customer Vault

Note:  Currently, there is no support for storing customer payment information for Moneris.

Note:  Enable a “Card Not Present” setting with the payment processor to allow such payments to be processed.
