Item1_Account_Id to Item10_Account_Id No Identifier "123" Must match an existing GL account ID in the ledger
Item1_Account_Number to Item10_Account_Number No Lookup "11-00-00-4257-127" Must match an existing GL account number in the database
Item1_Amount to Item10_Amount No, unless Item_Account_Id is specified Decimal 1500 Must be greater than 0. Must have balanced debits and credits if posting
Item1_Credit_Or_Debit to Item10_Credit_Or_Debit No, unless Item_Account_Id is specified Datasource Data "Credit" Must be either "Credit" or "Debit"
Item1_Memo to Item10_Memo No Text "Detail note"  
Item1_Fixed_Asset_Id to Item10_Fixed_Asset_Id No, unless associated with fixed asset Identifier "456" Must match a valid fixed asset ID if specified. If specified, the General Ledger (GL) accounts used must match the designated GL accounts for those fixed assets. 
Item1_Fixed_Asset_Name to Item10_Fixed_Asset_Name No Lookup "Vehicle" Must match the name of the fixed asset if specified
Item1_Fixed_Asset_Identifier to Item10_Fixed_Asset_Identifier No Lookup "VIN123456" Must match a fixed asset identifier in the database if specified
Item1_Classification_Id to Item10_Classification_Id No, unless your school uses classifications Identifier "789" Must match a valid classification ID if specified.
Item1_Classification_Name to Item10_Classification_Name No  Lookup "General Admin" Must match the classification name in the system if specified.
