Metro Christian Academy is committed to providing our students with an excellent Christian, college preparatory education grounded in biblical truths. Our families can be confident that Metro is both prepared and positioned to lead in such an unprecedented time under unprecedented circumstances. As the school has prepared for a variety of COVID-19 scenarios and contingencies prior to returning to school in August 2020, our Administration team, faculty, and employees engaged the very best efforts, wisdom, unwavering resolve and dedication to approach this school year with confidence and enthusiasm.

Metro believes that our students and their families need to be on campus, in a thriving learning environment, building relationships with others, growing in their faith, and experiencing life opportunities that can only be explored in person. We will partner together with parents and focus on worthy endeavors including academics, the arts, athletics, in order to prepare Metro's young coeds to become tomorrow’s Christian leaders.

Taking into account Metro’s entire community health profile: spiritual, physical, social, and mental, we encourage and empower each of our families to take personal responsibility and commit to a “healthy only” framework. Metro is committing to this framework by partnering with our community in requiring the appropriate wearing of face coverings, encouraging appropriate physical distancing, and adhering to state and federal health and safety measures, in addition to cleaning and safety measures taken each day. Promoting a “healthy only” community provides the optimal level of safety and normalcy, while placing the appropriate level of responsibility on families and employees to remain at home whenever symptomatic and/or having been significantly exposed to others who are. The safety of your children - our students is Metro’s top priority and we are thankful for the continued partnership with our families and grateful for your flexibility and patience as we continue to  adapt to the rapid changes COVID-19 presents.
