Welcome to the York School Online Application and Applicant Portal.

By logging in, you may do the following:

  • -Submit your online application (you may save and exit at any point then return later to complete remaining sections)
  • -Pay the application fee: Domestic $80 | International $175
  • -Access online Teacher Recommendation Forms
  • -Access online Transcript Request
  • -View York Admission Assessment score report
  • -Check the status of your admission file

The application, fee, recommendation forms, and transcript are due February 1, 2019.

Lets get started!

STEP 1: Use the username and password provided by the Admission Office to log in to the secure portal. If you do not have a username and password, please do the following:
-Families who do NOT receive our monthly e-newsletter, click here to submit an inquiry form and receive a username and password.
-Families who DO receive our monthly e-newsletter, email admission@york.org to request an online account
-If you are a current or past York parent with an Academic Records account, use your existing login information to sign in below. If you have forgotten your username or password, please use the "Reset Password" feature below.

STEP 2: Fill out the online application for admission. Your information will be saved each time you visit, so log in as many times as you need to complete the application. Remember to save your work often.

STEP 3:  Complete the online transcript and recommendation requests. These forms are also available on our website.

STEP 4: Submit your application and follow the directions to pay the application fee.
