Senior Class Tip

The following information includes the tentative information for this year's senior trip.  Definite plans will not be made until September 16th, after we have an idea of how many students will be attending.  We need a minimum of 15 students to go on the trip in order to keep the cost reasonable.  In the event that 15 students do not sign up, we will cancel this trip, but will plan a small-scale trip instead.

What: 5 day trip to Panama City Beach staying at a youth retreat

When: May 1-5 2023 

Cost: Approximately $800-$1000, depending on how many students sign up (this includes rooms, most meals, and chartered bus)

Deposit:  Form and deposit of $350 is due September 9, 2022 (deposit is only refundable if trip is cancelled due to lack of participation).

**You will be notified whether or not we have enough students participating by September 18th.  If enough students sign up, we will book the trip and send home specific information.  If we do not have enough students sign up, we will send home information about a smaller trip option.

****If the trip is cancelled due to Covid 19, we will work to refund as much of the trip as possible less any service fees that are not refunded to TCS.
